Overview for Ross Road, London, SE25

***Guide Price - £265,000-£275,000***

By way of recommendation, R L Morris are pleased to offer this well presented, spacious one bedroom house for sale.

This light and airy property benefits from its own private entrance, front garden (no rear garden), off street parking and in our opinion offers more homely alternative to a purpose built aparment.

Located in popular South Norwood this property is close to the amenities of the Crystal Palace triangle and has great transport links including Crystal Palace (20 min to Canada Water), Norwood Junction (10 min to London Bridge, 30 min to Victoria, 30 min to Shoreditch), Thornton Heath stations with direct services into London Victoria (Victoria and District & Circle Line), London Bridge (Northern & Jubilee Line) and London Blackfriars (Thameslink services and District & Circle Line).

This property would make a great first time buy or investment purchase.

  • Ideal first time buy
  • Great size throughout
  • Good transport links

Tenancy Info

A holding deposit of the equivalent to one weeks rent will be payable by the tenant and deducted from the final balance prior to the commencement of a tenancy agreement. This deposit will reserve the property until the required documentation and references are completed.

The Deposit is non-refundable should the tenant provide false or misleading information which reasonably affects our decision to let to the tenant (i.e. calls into question their suitability as a tenant, this can include their behaviour in providing the false or misleading information), they fail a right to rent check, withdraw from the proposed agreement (decide not to let) or fail to take all reasonable steps to enter an agreement (i.e. responding to reasonable requests for information required to progress the agreement) when the landlord and/or agent has done so.

The holding deposit is refundable where a tenant later enters into a tenancy agreement but the landlord decides not to rent the property or an agreement is not reached before the deadline for agreement (and the tenant is not at fault).

Prior to the commencement of a Tenancy Agreement the tenant will pay one months rent in advance (less holding deposit) plus a damage deposit ranging from 4-6 weeks rent. The deposit is held either by the landlord or agent in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme, details of which are provided to a tenant within 30 days from the commencement of tenancy.
